Returns Policy – Futurefolklore
We want you to be happy with your order. To make returns simple and fair, please read the conditions below carefully.
Online Returns

Returns must be requested and confirmed by us within 14 days of purchase. Items sent back without prior notification will not be accepted.

Returns must be accompanied by:

The original label and packaging

Your full name and email address

Your order number and proof of purchase

The amount paid

A reason for the return

If these conditions are not met, Futurefolklore is not obliged to accept the return. Any items sent outside of these terms may be kept and will not be refunded.
Return Methods

By post (at your own expense): Once approved and received, a refund of the item price will be issued. Postage costs are non-refundable.

In person (with prior notification): Bring your approved return to our store:

Exchange for another item of the same value

Exchange for a higher-priced item (with the difference payable by you)

Exchange for a lower-priced item (with the balance issued as a credit note)

Only items purchased directly from Futurefolklore can be returned or exchanged.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details, photographs of the issue, and proof of purchase. Once confirmed, you may choose:

A full refund of the item price, or
-
An exchange/credit note for the item’s value.
We will arrange the return of confirmed faulty items. Postage costs are non-refundable.
General Conditions

All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
