How much is this item?

When are new items released?

New drops are usually released every Friday at 8:00 PM (UK time). However, release dates and times may occasionally change, so please keep an eye on our Instagram for the latest updates.

What will be included in the next drop?

Previews of upcoming items are regularly posted on our Instagram page, @futurefolklore. This is the best place to see what's coming in future drops.

Will dresses be restocked?

No. All dresses are one-off pieces, meaning the same item will not be restocked once sold. The only exception is if an item is returned or refunded and subsequently relisted on the website.

I couldn't buy an item before it sold out. Can I reserve it or buy another one?

Unfortunately, once an item has sold out, it is no longer available. As our dresses are one-off pieces, another identical item will not become available unless the original order is returned and the item is relisted.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

What time is the drop?

Drops are usually released at 8:00 PM UK TIME.

Please do not contact us asking what time this will be in your local time zone. Google can convert UK time to your local time in seconds.

I don't understand UK dress sizes. Can you help?

All sizes are listed using standard UK sizing. If you are unfamiliar with UK dress sizes, please use one of the many size conversion charts available online before purchasing.

We are unable to provide individual size conversion advice.
